Come and practice yoga with Natasha. In Miami Springs.   

Natasha is a Yoga-Alliance registered and experienced yoga teacher with over 10,000 hours of teaching (E-RYT and YACEP).   She is also a Certified Personal Trainer and a Certified Vocational Teacher for Dade County Public School, where she taught yoga to Seniors for many years.

Natasha classes are not designed to practice yoga.  Rather they are designed to learn yoga so you can create your own practice.  She teaches six-week yoga sessions with a total of 18 classes.  This program is personalized (one-to-one basis) so you can become familiar with different styles of yoga.

Natasha completed her yoga training with Claire Diab, founder of AYA in New Jersey and master educator for the Chopra Center in California.

Her yoga style is a special blend of successful techniques learned at Yoga Journal Conferences from masters such as Patricia Walden,  Gary Kraftsow, Baxter Bell MD., Julie Gumestad P.T., Cyndi Lee,Shiva Rae, Sri Dharma Mittra, Sean Corn, Rod Stryker, Judith Hanson Lasater, PhD, PT, Sally Kempton, Natasha Rizopoulos and many more.  She is constantly enhancing her teaching by attending seminars and intensive trainings with yoga masters.
 
Natasha holds a Certificate of Environmental Studies from Florida International University which goes hand-in-hand with her concern for the environment.   She is completely bi-lingual (English-Spanish) and translates yoga terms from English to Spanish.  She has been awarded two Yoga Journal scholarships. Prior to teaching yoga, Natasha worked as a bank executive and has over 25 years of banking experience.
