What yoga is all about
Just wanted to tell you how much I enjoy your class. My body feels good doing the movements. I appreciate your concern about my legs, and I thoroughly enjoy your observation about our "Samskaras." (habits). That, too, has had an effect on me, as right now I just enjoyed the rain from my enclosed front porch. --Marcia
"I always look forward to your classes. They are beautiful and inspiring" The different types of yoga breathing you have taught us has strengthened my lungs, lowered my stress level, and lowered my blood pressure. I have lost 10 pounds!" -Gwen
To a great person: "The sun rises for me when I look out from my yoga teacher, Natasha. She watches everyone of us, knows everyone of our names and she feels our happiness and our pain and our struggle, and she makes us feel so special and so happy." --Ivy
